| Details: | While walking down Greenway Blvd towards the 7-11 store at the end of the block, I have noticed that the area around the water meter at 110 W. Greenway Blvd has been wet for some time, even though it's been days since it has rained. At one point the water was visibly running down the street gutter until the next storm drain, although that seems to have slowed to more of a "seep" recently. |
