Location (if any):
Details:Although many children walk down to W Rosemary Lane from Gibson, Tracy and Robinson, to join the kids on W Rosemary as they walk to TJ, there is no safe way to cross Seaton to get to the sidewalk on the other side and continue to TJ. There is no crosswalk indicated although with the current configuration clearly everyone is expected to cross there. There is no warning for cars that there are many street crossers just over the hill. And there is no sidewalk on the eastern side of Seaton to allow the students to walk to Jackson and then cross at the Stop signs. I do not see whay a sidewalk could not be added if you do not want to put in a marked crosswalk reminding cars to be prepared to stop. Why has this intersection never been addressed. I have brought this up in years past also.
