| Details: | Timely article given I had to drive through piles of leaves on the side of the road this morning to avoid oncoming traffic. I've been mulching my leaves for years. | Details: | Thank you for the article. The city is for yard cycling but due to budget reductions, printed materials and mailers were discontinued. The city does promote yard cycling at our composting events (fallschurchva.gov/compost). |
