The pedestrian walk signs at Broad / West Annandale to the Broadale Village Shopping Center do not work properly. When attempting to cross Broad, pushing the button does not cause a "Walk" signal. I've walked this route many times since the new signals were installed, with the same result.

Thank you for your submission. Since the Falls Church Water Utility merged with Fairfax Water on January 3, 2014, the City replaced the old webpages with new information. You can find current water information at www.fallschurchva.gov/Water. If you have questions about your current service with Fairfax Water—like a water main break—please call them directly at 703-698-5800.

This is a submission to request assistance with a large accumulation of litter and the long term parking of commercial and private vehicles on Telestar Ct. I assess that the two problems are related. The vehicle owners park vehicles long term on the side of the street leaving them there from months at a time. Meanwhile they deposit fast food and beverage containers on the side of the road. This is unpleasant for citizens that live in the surrounding residential complexes.

Thank you for your submission. Telestar Court is located in Falls Church, Fairfax County and not the City of Falls Church. VDOT maintains the roadways in Fairfax County. You can place a ticket for the issue using the following link. http://www.virginiadot.org/info/feedbackform.asp

Thank you for your submission. Our staff person responsible for trash collection visited the property but stated the back porch is private property secured by a fence. From what they could see through the fence, there did not appear to be any loose debris/trash/recycling. They noticed that the cans were slightly overflowing but trash day is today. Another inspection will be conducted next week but there was no visible violation at this time.
